Dr. Kylie Reiffert, founder of KR Nutrition and Theo Abdelmalek, founder of TA Fitness have created a 6 week virtual-hybrid personalized nutrition and fitness package for clients who are seeking weight management and to boost their athletic performance and overall well being.​

Program includes:
FREE Introductory Call with Dr. Kylie and Theo
Week 1:
2 2hr comprehensive assessments (virtually and in person)​
5 weeks of a personalized nutrition and fitness program
6 week reassessment
— Learn more with a 30 minute intro call to go over your personal needs and goals with Dr. Kylie, free-of-charge.

—Dr. Kylie's 2hr comprehensive virtual assessment includes: blood work review, supplement overhaul, discussion of dietary and health history, goals, challenges, and initial first steps.
—TA Fitness 2hr. comprehensive in-person assessment includes: NASM PAR-Q health and fitness assessment of form, balance, movement, strength, discussion of goals, body metrics (body fat, BMR, TDEE, fat mass/lean mass), goals, and assessment of space/equipment available -at home gym or commercial gym
—30min / 1 hr sessions with Dr. Kylie and 30 min sessions with Theo weekly (discussed in assessment)
— The KR Nutrition program includes: step by step sustainable diet & supplement overhaul - customized to patient’s goals, health history/blood work, accessibility. Includes weekly food log reviews, goals & session recap notes, personalized resources, access to text and email throughout for daily questions, check ins etc.
— The TA Fitness program includes: weekly workout plans - specific to the days and times client has set aside for training. A spreadsheet with detailed explanations of each exercise, rest time, tempo, reps, weight & equipment - where client can track progress & leave comments for trainer. 6 30 min weekly zoom/phone check-in calls with trainer to discuss progress, make changes where necessary, text access to ask trainer questions directly throughout the process; motivation.
— KRN and TAF will actively collaborate weekly on intensity of training & client goals in assessing diet, recovery, rest, progress for continuous personalization
— 1 hr session with Dr. Kylie and Theo at the 6 week mark
— Discounted option to continue nutrition and fitness sessions and with an in person physical reassessment of progress and additional 4 or 6 week program
