Please know that KR Nutrition values both your time and ours. When we set up a meeting, that time is set aside for you and Kylie to stay on track to reach whatever goals you have set. Missing appointments is not just about the time missed but the progress you are able to make.  We understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required, therefore we are implementing the following policies effective immediately to clarify any confusion and to help ensure your continued progress!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your meeting, please notify me as soon as possible by text at 210-602-9370. Cancellations within 24 hours that are not rescheduled within the same business week (i.e. within 7 days of your last appointment) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your regularly charged amount. Cancellations requested more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment will not incur any penalty. All cancellations, reschedules regardless of time frame are at the discretion of Kylie. Of course we are aware that emergencies happen and those circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Grace Period Policy

There will now be a 15 minute grace period at the beginning of all sessions. Should you be later than 15 minutes, we will consider it a missed appointment and will charge you accordingly. If you are going to be late, please text Kylie at 210-602-9370 as soon as possible to ensure good communication. Any missed time at the beginning of a session will be lost time to ensure start times of other sessions that day do not bleed into anyone else’s time. Should Dr. Kylie be late to a meeting, that time will be given back to you at the next available opportunity. 

 

A reminder that per your agreement with KRN & Stripe, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card on file for these occurrences. Specifically, in the instance of a missed appointment without communication from you, we will charge the full amount 24 hours from the time of the missed appointment. We will of course always communicate this to you prior to and email you a receipt of the charge.

Refund Policy

KR Nutrition does not offer refunds. If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour window, please either notify Kylie by text at (210) 602-9370 OR email Margot at margot@krnutrition.com.
